Long Clawson Dairy was founded in 1911 when 12 farmers from the Vale of Belvoir formed a co-operative to produce Stilton Cheese in the village of Long Clawson, Leicestershire.Clawson has prospered and today 56 producing members from 39 farms supply 38 million liters of milk per year.<br>White Stilton is made in the same way as Blue Stilton except that no blue mould is added to the milk.
