Every month our dedicated cheesemonger will present you a selection of three extraordinary cheeses, in half pounds cut each, that you will receive in the comfort of your home or office. The selection of cheeses aged to their best ripeness, will take into consideration seasonal variations and any dietary requirements you provide us.
As a member, each month you will have the opportunity to taste masterpieces from a particular country, or region like the Pyrenees or of a particular type like blue cheeses. Your cheese knowledge will also be enriched by some notes about the origin and characteristics of the cheeses received, wine pairings and serving suggestions included in your selection.
